Feeling creative and want to add your logo and emoji’s, go for it! Or maybe you don’t have much time and prefer the basics, we understand. You do you. Watch this video tutorial or follow the step-by-step guide below.
✅ Create a page: 📃 Click on + Blank page to get started
✅ Title your page: 🎟️ Add a title to describe what you are collecting for whether it’s donations, event registration, payments for tickets or tuition.
✅ Add a logo, cover image or both: 🖼️ Adding a logo or cover image will help your customers identify your business and promote your brand.
✅ Click the + to view and add blocks 🧱 From simple text, to single or multiple choice questions, payments, file uploads and electronic signatures, you can choose the block types to build your page.
You can create a page with only payment blocks, or only question blocks or one with both payments and questions. It’s up to you and what you need to collect.
The images or documents will be included in the responses on the submissions tab on your dashboard. You will be able to view and open them from there.

Click on the Edit button to make changes to your page. You can add, delete blocks, change the text or your logo at any time.
Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of the block to delete a block.
Our question blocks default to required. You can adjust by clicking into the block and toggling the required setting to off.
We require that full Name and email Address is entered for every form submission or payment in order to email a receipt. It’s optional to ask for this information again. You might consider it if you are using the information for another purpose such as a newsletter or communications about an event.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
