Omella employs Stripe's Elements technology, employing secure financial input fields within Stripe's iframe. Payment information, such as card details, is exclusively transmitted to Stripe and never stored on our internal servers. Omella initiates new payments using Stripe's customer identifier and associated payment methods. Consequently, no record of card information is retained in our database or logs, thwarting any potential unauthorized access to sensitive financial data.
For data transmission between payers, the Omella page, and Stripe, robust encryption protocols like 256-bit SSL/TLS are utilized. Stripe is widely recognized as a highly secure and reputable payment provider, counted upon by prominent companies like Twitter, Shopify, Kickstarter, and Lyft.
