There is no limit to the number of form templates you can create or the number of submissions you can receive. You can create as many form templates as you need and accept as many submissions as you like.

Click the Share button to see all the ways you can share your page. You can share a link to your page over email or text, share or print a QR code, embed the page into your website, or send a Request, our newest feature that lets you track who has paid. Q: Can I add a logo to a page?

Yes, it is easy to add a logo or cover image for branding by clicking on the Add logo or Add cover, browse and select the 📷 picture you want to add.
