Click on the Reports icon to open the organization wide google sheet. The format and tabs are the same as your page level google sheet but it will include transaction activity for all your pages. Here’s how you can use the organization reporting:
🔢 Reconcile bank deposits if you’re collecting payments across multiple pages
👀 View and share the google sheet with your account for year-end tax preparation
📧 Gather donor information such as email address and total donated to send an annual letter
🔎 Research and identify all payments made for one payer across multiple pages
You can click the share button for any of the google sheets and choose to share with anyone you choose. You can select if they have view or editor access.
In the “payout arrival date” column, the date indicates your payments were transferred to your bank that day. If it reflects “not paid out” this means the payout is pending and will transfer the next Monday.
In Settings, you can go to the Members page and invite other members of your organization or 3rd parties like an accountant. They will have the same access as you and will start receiving the real-time email notifications when someone pays or submits a form.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
