Q: What if someone chooses a recurring subscription and wants to cancel?

Omella lets you, as the organizer, cancel a subscription on your submissions dashboard.

Q: Will the tuition payment be automatically deducted each month?

You can offer an installment payment option where the monthly payment is automatically processed. There is a 1% fee charged to the organization on each recurring transaction to initiate the monthly charge. You can read more about our pricing here (https://www.omella.com/blog/pricing)

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

Once a refund is processed, it will take 5 - 10 days for the funds to appear in the payer's account.

Q: Can I add a logo to a page?

Yes, it is easy to add a logo or cover image for branding by clicking on the Add logo or Add cover, browse and select the 📷 picture you want to add.

Q: Can other members of my organization have access to our Omella account?

Yes, you can invite other members on the Settings page, Organization Members tab. You will enter their name, email address and click "Invite Member." They will receive an email invitation to set up a password and will also start receiving real time email notifications when someone pays.
