How can a payer request to cancel a subscription?

Payers can request a subscription cancelation in 3️⃣ clicks. We streamlined the process to save everyone time. Don’t worry, we won’t process the request until you give us the 👍🏻.

A payer has two ways to access their member account to request a cancellation:
✅ Click the request to cancel link found on the payer receipt
✅ Go directly to Omella.com/member

Once logged in, your payers have to follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Click the Subscriptions tab and find the subscription record you want to cancel
2️⃣ Click on the Request Cancelation link and enter a reason. You can also request a refund of the last payment.
3️⃣ Click Send Request

Now it’s your turn to approve or reject the request by clicking on the View request link in the notification email.
