Q: What's the charges for using 'Requests' feature on Omella

Absolutely nothing, 'Requests' is a default feature available to all Omella users!

Q: What does my customer or member receive when I send a request?

Once a request is sent, an email with your logo is automatically generated to everyone on your request dashboard. The email has a link to “View request” and once clicked, you are redirected to the payment page to make a payment.

Q: How will I know if someone’s payment is overdue?

The status on the request dashboard will indicate “overdue.”

Q: What if I need to send a different payment amount to one or two of the members on my list?

It’s easy to customize individual requests by clicking the “Edit” button for that request and making your change. It won’t change any other requests and you can check by previewing before sending.

Q: What if I send a request and the customer pays by check?

You can easily cancel the request on the request dashboard so it no longer shows as outstanding.

Q: Can I send requests to multiple people at once?

You can click the “+ Add recipient” link to send requests to an unlimited amount of your customers. Populate their name, email address and due date before clicking the “Send Requests” button.

Q: How do I save the list of invoices I created if I’m not ready to send them yet?

You can save a list of requests you created by clicking on the three dots to the right of your request list. Click on “Save as drafts” to save your request list as you add additional recipients. It’s helpful if you have a large number of requests to create or if you want to start your list and come back to it at a later time.

The Request feature on Omella is a simple and powerful tool that lets you to send an automated email directly to your customers or members with the amount they owe, sorta like an invoice but easier😎.
