Spaces
In this Article
A space is where you organize pages, permissions and members. Create a space for each club, group, team, department, function or just use it to stay organized.

Organizations are using spaces in many different ways:

🏫 High schools are enabling student activities and clubs to collect payments and field trip permissions
🍩  Accept ApplePay for in-school donut sales by the Future Business Leaders of America
✈️ Collect field trip permissions, signatures and fundraise 💰 for the Senior Class Trip
👕 Sell T-shirts in-person or online for Student Council
🎟️ Sell chances for a raffle basket fundraiser for the Ecology Club
💳 Collect annual membership dues for the Marketing Club
🌹 Sell flowers during intermission for the Thespian Society

🏫 Microschools are using spaces to stay organized
📄 Keep all your forms (enrollment, application, and registrations) in one space
💳 Organize Tuition pages in a space and give access to your billing administrator or accountant
💻 Create spaces to manage in-person vs. virtual school enrollments
☀️ Manage summer camp forms and payments in one space

Here’s how to create a space in 4 easy steps. As an organization owner, you can create and access all spaces. Space members can only access pages and reports within their space.
✅ Step 1 : Click the + to create a new space
✅ Step 2: Enter the space name and upload a logo
✅ Step 3: Add existing members or invite new members to the space
✅ Step 4: Assign a role and permissions to each space member

💡Each space requires one owner who controls settings, and receives refund request notifications. You can add unlimited space staff members. All members can access pages, reports and receive receipt emails.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
