The first step you’ll take when signing up, is to connect your organization’s bank to your Omella account. Next step is to start collecting payments, donations and information. After you take care of business, then it’s our turn to move the funds to your account each week. All payments processed successfully before Friday of each week will automatically transfer to your account on the following Monday. You will see deposits listed as a balance transfer from Omella.
Your price settings determine whether transaction fees are charged to your organization or the payer. You’re always in control and can update price settings at the organization or page level.
