Access all your submissions data in one-click with our new Submissions report feature. This new feature is available at both the page and organization level.

Our Submissions report is a quick and easy way to access your payment and submission records all in one place. Whether you need to see how many 👚 t-shirts you sold by size, 🎟️ event tickets sold or 🚌 emergency contact information for a field trip, it’s one-click away. To view a page level report, simply select a page then click the “Reporting” tab to view:

💳 Items and responses combined in one row per submission
❓All responses separated in individual columns
🔎 Search to help find the information you need quickly
✅ Option to customize the report and select only the columns you need
🔤 Option to sort the data by column
⬇️ Option to download the data into a csv file. You can filter, sort, and manipulate the data after downloading.

💡 To view data for more than one page, select the Submissions option under Reports, select the pages you need and click apply.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
