Omella Accessibility Roadmap
Last updated: November 6, 2026
Our commitment
Omella is committed to making its platform usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard under ADA Title II, and WCAG 2.2 Level AA where state standards require it, including Colorado (C.R.S. 24-85-101 et seq.). This roadmap lists known gaps, who owns them, target dates, and how users can get help in the meantime.

How we evaluate
We combine automated testing (axe-core) with manual keyboard-only testing and manual review. Results are documented in our Accessibility Conformance Report, based on VPAT 2.5.

Gaps that affect only the organizer dashboard or mobile apps are targeted for completion by March 31, 2028. All items are owned by Engineering (CTO), with Product (President) responsible for prioritization and verification.

Interim support
Until remediation is complete, anyone who has trouble using Omella can contact our support team. We will help them complete a form, signature, or payment by an alternative means, such as assisted completion by email or phone. Organizers can also accept cash or check directly and mark the payment as paid in Omella.
Updates and contact
We review and publish an updated roadmap and Accessibility Conformance Report at least annually each July, and after major product changes.
