Omella lets you, as the organizer, cancel a subscription on your submissions dashboard.

Q: Is the monthly payment deducted on the same day each month?

Yes, if the first payment is made on January 15th, each subsequent payment will be deducted on the 15th of each month.

Q: Is there a fee to offer recurring payments?

There is a 1% fee charged to the organizer for each recurring payment processed. For a monthly payment of $500.00, the fee is $5. This will appear as a “Recurring Fee” on your organizer receipt.
