To be eligible for Omella's Referral Program, you must be an existing user of Omella with a valid account in good standing. Once you meet these requirements, you can participate in the referral program and start inviting other organizations to join Omella using your unique referral link. Organizations whom you refer are considered eligible as long as they have never used Omella for collections, which is determined by their membership status. In other words, they must truly be a new customer.

If an organization with your distinct referral link and collects at least $1,000 via Omella, both you and the referred organization will receive a free credit card reader.

To be counted as a successful referral, there are specific criteria that must be met. First, the new organization must sign up using your unique referral link. This link identifies you as the referrer, and Omella can track the referral back to you. Second, the referred organization must collect at least $1,000 within 30 days of signing up. This requirement ensures that the referred organization is an active user of the platform. If both of the above criteria are met, then the referral is considered successful, and both you and the referred organization can receive the rewards offered as part of Omella's referral program.

Q: I made successful referrals, when will I receive my credit card reader?

We ship credit card readers once a month, from the 1st to the 5th. If you have made successful referrals and are eligible for a reader, you and your referred organization will receive the reward in the next cycle after you have met the eligibility criteria. For example, if you become eligible for a referral on the 25th day of a given month, your credit card reader will be shipped between the 1st and the 5th of the following month.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of organizations I can refer to Omella?

No, there is no limit to the number of organizations you can refer to Omella. You are welcome to refer as many as you like, as long as you use the program in a fair and ethical manner. The referral program is designed to reward you for sharing your positive experience with others and helping Omella grow its user base. So go ahead and share your referral link with as many people as you like, and earn rewards for every successful referral.

Q: Can my referral be rejected?

Yes, your referral can be rejected if it is found to be in violation of Omella's policies or if it is deemed to be an unfair use of the referral program.
